Be a buffalo bourbon cider

On behalf of everyone on the CultureShoc team, we’re grateful for all the people we’ve met and been able to work with in 2015. In the spirit of always being a buffalo, we shared Buffalo Bourbon with our clients. This great recipe makes the perfect accompaniment:

“Be A Buffalo” Bourbon Apple Cider Recipe

  • ½ gallon of apple juice or cider
  • 1 ½ cups of Buffalo Trace Bourbonbeabuffalo
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 8-10 cloves, whole
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of allspice
  • 1 TB vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (optional)

Pour apple juice/cider into saucepan and add the vanilla extract and spices. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. At this time add brown sugar if desired.

Pour the bourbon and ladle the cider into individual servings. Enjoy!
