Meet Kimberly Dyer

For over 25 years Kimberly has been obsessed with continuous improvement. Over that time, she has helped several start-ups and non-profits define their vision, create structure, develop their strategy to ultimately realize their goals.
Kimberly is a Certified EOS Implementer® of the Entrepreneurial Operating System to help entrepreneurs and leadership teams continuously improve every aspect of running their business. Kimberly also became a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant in April 2019 to help companies interpret, compare and utilize the Kolbe™ Indexes most effectively.
Kimberly has given talks to various groups including Precision Metalworking Association (PMA), Ohio Society of Executives (OSAE), Vistage, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business and non-profit organizations. In addition to her works as an EOS® Implementer, Kimberly serves as the Board Chair of the Shaker Heights Nature Center.
Our members wear many hats and can sometimes get stuck in their day-to-day responsibilities. Kimberly joined us at our annual conference BizConCLE and shared six easy-to-implement ideas to help them get their businesses on track. We received great reviews from her session and were thrilled to have Kimberly share EOS® principles with our members. Kimberly was a dream to work with.
