We are excited to announce that Pete Honsberger, CultureShoc’s director of client services, has been named 2016 Supplier of the Year by Meeting Professionals International (MPI) – Ohio Chapter.

MPI, the largest global meeting and events industry association, provides a forum for education, networking and the exchange of business ideas, acting as a prominent voice for the promotion and growth of the industry.

Since becoming an MPI member in 2013, Honsberger has actively served on the organization’s membership committee, where he has introduced others to MPI and helped recruit new members. He has also attended all of the Ohio chapter’s regional conferences for the past three years, conducted volunteer team-building exercises during meetings and conferences, and encouraged CultureShoc to offer meeting facilitation services at MPI events on a pro bono basis.

“It’s been quite an honor to meet and work with so many true professionals in the meetings industry, as well as to have opportunities to add value to chapter meetings and conferences,” he said. “I look forward to continuing to help out with this great organization in the future in any way that I can.”
