IMG_1170CultureShoc would like to shout from the rooftops sincere congratulations to Grants Plus for its 2016 APA Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award!

This national award, given by the American Psychological Association, recognized Grants Plus in the small for-profit category. But let’s be honest, there’s nothing small about the way President Lauren Steiner and her team of grant writing consultants help their clients and approach their own culture.

“Attention to the culture at Grants Plus is one of my main focus areas because it is so important to the success of our company,” said Steiner. “Investing resources in our people is the best investment I can make every year.”

From ropes course outings to team bike rides, poetry learning events and more, Grants Plus has kept a laser focus on team chemistry in spite of the challenge of many team members working remotely. In the office, their commitment to solving issues, being honest and being fearless has been incredible to observe. In addition, their quarterly culture health scores continue to tell the story of an ultra-high performing team.

With this in mind, it’s no wonder Grants Plus is thriving and gaining widespread notoriety as a leader in the grant-seeking world.

All of us at CultureShoc are grateful to have GP as a client, and it’s been a blast seeing all of their professionals continue to grow and thrive. From our team to theirs, congratulations!
