
Joe Haddad
Integrator & #2 Forum Leader
With a personal mission statement of “Develop People & Change Lives,” Joe has invested 20+ years of his career leading organizations (for-profit and non-profit) that value the same thing. As a Business Owner, Entrepreneur, Leader & Integrator, Joe has worn many hats, and his aim is to help people learn and grow.
He is a graduate of Miami University (OH), with a double major in Accounting & Finance. He also obtained a Master’s of Accountancy from Miami University (OH) , and became a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor for Ernst & Young shortly after. He left Ernst & Young in 2006 to continue co-leading a company he founded in 2003, while a college student, called University Tees.
Today, Joe is the Fractional Integrator at CultureShoc. He’s also leading The #2 Forum where he helps COO’s, Integrators and second-in-command leaders elevate their leadership skills.
Joe Haddad is currently very happily married and has four children. He enjoys coaching them in youth & travel sports, hiking, swimming and taking joy in their interests. He also serves on boards for a number of non-profits.
